• NEW MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND MES
• GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND SALE
• ISO 14001 ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
• ISO 9100 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR THE AEROSPACE SECTOR.
The detailed objectives and the actions to be undertaken to achieve them (with responsibilities and timeframes) are decided by General Management, the Quality Management Manager, the Production Manager, and the Purchasing Manager during the Quality System review meeting.
MECHATRONYX SRL is committed to supporting the implementation of this Quality Policy and compliance with its principles. It will be monitored and updated periodically to ensure its validity and consistency with company needs.
Finally, Marzio Fiorini is hereby confirmed as Quality Management Manager, with the aim of ensuring the proper management of the Quality System. He directly coordinates the System’s activities, initiates periodic internal audits, reports on the results to Management, and proposes improvement actions.
